The Portal says:

 

German Weekend

Commander Training/Retraining discounts, Premium time discounts, and Prinz Eugen. 

 

I do not see gold discounts for retraining commanders. Am I missing something? Am I reading this wrong?

 

[Update] Never mind. I read it wrong.

Just saw another thread saying it applies to moving commanders to another ship not redistributing skills. Bummer.
