Game of Thrones filmed in WoWS

I just watched the last part of the Game of Thrones episode "The Spoils of War", an just realized it's filmed in World of Warships.  Let's me show you.

I still remember first time I saw my battleship capsize while it was beached.  I then watched it disappear into the depth of solid ground with couple inches of water on top...

More like that T10 DD charging into a fully aimed T10 BB thinking "I got dis!" :)

Nah, the dragon got hit with AA, that's the projectile sticking out.

It's a ballista bolt that is stuck in the dragon, she was trying to pull it out.

 there is a real reason why the river is like that.

 

This is a sign that the producers know the lore of the GOT world.

 

The battle was at Blackwater rush. A river known for its treacherous  depths.

 

"A deep, swift river,^[2] the Blackwater's currents are wicked and treacherous.^[3] Where the Blackwater Rush meets Blackwater Bay, the current is strong and swift.^[4]"

 

Also if you have spent time around rivers. You can find many examples that have extreme drop offs like that in our world.

 

A nice little detail was that you could see the shimmer of the water denoting the bank that jamie was riding on  there and right next to it you could see the extreme drop off just by the surface texture.
