UK BB Missions: Is the Flag the Same as Blueprint

On the website it says that after completing 3 missions you get a "blueprint" that will be converted into a Tier II UK BB & Port Slot.  In game it says after 3 completions you get some Damage Controls, some Repair Parties & a flag but no reference to getting anything but the flag.

 

Are Flags the same as Blueprints or am I just missing something as usual.

Those flags are the blueprint. They just need a way to show them ingame.

OK.  I guess I missed the part where they explained that and added the Repair Parties and Damage Controls.

You get a final flag if you unlocked all 3 ships.
