You look around and some of your mates are crossing map from left to right and some right to left and some going backward some just sitting and 1 cruiser is waaaaay out in front of even the DDs etc. etc. That one we all hear in chat at times before you even move out. "Defend the base!" BBs just sit. And sit. And sit. And sit. Yes...just sit! THIS has been my morning thus far. 1 win and 5 stomp azz losses. See above ^ Comment if ya want. Well the CV part is true, but the "you're welcome" part came from WoT, same player in an IS4 would yolo every game and after dying type "you're welcome" in public chat. I see that mentioned a lot in these kind of threads. I've done that before, though not with any sir of regularity, just to hear the guns fire and maybe see the arcs. Usually, it's because I need to swap ammo types and feel like firing the guns instead of double tapping the number key. And granted, I don't do this in ships with long main battery range, or if its been more than a few minutes in, when I'm guaranteed to nor be spotted. I hear ya and indeed sometimes this is done for the reasons you mention. I am talking about the types that just start to mindlessly shot over and over as soon a general quarters is sounded.
