So I took my Indianapolis out for a game after last update

Was lucky I was top tier in a crusier heavy match. With her 10.8km spotting range she feels very comfortable now. 9.9km radar is a annoance for the DD's. Always love the tight grouping of the shells. 5 cits were from one ship and one salvo. Because of the MM luck I could use her and pushed a bit. Made it out with half of my health left, only major damage came from one BB hit. I may rebuy the Pepsi again and see if I get her working for me this time.

I personally believe that it should get a 12s reload and then I think that ship would be perfect.

I agree, think her reload is the only weak spot. Especially since the French T7 has also 12 seconds.

the ship needs a rof increase as i stated before otherwise shes still garbage regardless of the buffs to concealment. What good is it to have that concealment when you cant properly retaliate

I agree with your assessment.  She's still a struggle in tier 9 matches, but in 8's and especially in 7's, she is very nice.

Ummmmm. Against T5 destroyers she is a LOT more than an annoyance. Especially on maps like North, with good island placement to hide behind, it's basically an "I Win" button if your team works with you even halfway.

 

Mine is gonna get more play once I am done with the New Orleans. 

 

Havn't played it since the buffs, but I've taken off half the health on DDs with my Scharnhorst thanks to that 10k radar.
