Using ARP captains in other Japaneses ships

Since the High School Fleet ships were added and Harekaze's captain can be used in IJF ships(not sure on the HSF Graf Spee's captain), might as well do the same to the Arpeggio set.

Nope. The contract ended, and I think that WG can't do anything to them unless it's a buff or nerf to the tech tree ships.

ARP Collaboration was a completely different contract than the HSF one. The ARP captains are separate from normal IJN ones on purpose, and that contract ended months ago.

I'd just like to be able to give away or sell some of my ARP ships. I only want one of each (for personal reasons). They are pretty and ARP & WG should be able to negotiate 'something', imho.

People didn't buy the ARP ships. Key difference IMO. I wish I could get rid of the extra ARP captains I have though.
