Anyone else having trouble logging in

For a while I've been having issues trying to log on mobile devices. When I would go to the forum and click log in it would just take me to a plain white page with a black stripe at the top with the wargaming logo in it, kind of like the log in page only without the section that you type your information in. So I just only used the forum on my computer but it's starting to happen here too and I keep refreshing the page but it's not loading section where you type. It probably took me close to 8 minutes just to log on to earlier is anyone else having this problem.
