Hmmm... I am having problems so it must be the newest generations fault... Great logic. I would just like to point out that you play a majority of Coop and very rarely play random, meaning you are used to clubbing bots not playing against people, let alone people in a competitive environment. But you are right it can't be you having problems.

As a millennial I would just like to say I haven't had this problem, as I am carrying over a 60% win rate this season and have already reached rank 10 (started at rank 19). But please keep playing ranked, so I can win anytime I play against you and hear you complain about us victorious millennials.

Correction, it is the potatoes who thought they could fight in ranked. Who are they? Of many. And of course, the problem has been evident for a long time. People who do not carry their own weight have to be carried. If you are so good, may I suggest you carry them?  Have a game plan and execute it. That is why I always ask for a plan in the beginning of a ranked battle. A disordered team is as good as no team at all. It is not millenials that are the problem, it is the number of players (potatoes) that can't comprehend teamwork and carring your weight when executing a plan.

Now, with that being said, I agree that many Captains don't have a clue; however I can't put them all into a generation.
