Trying out WOW

I came over from WOT and there are a lot of positives in this game I think. I like the gameplay and I think I'd like to continue to play this game. But, I have some issues.

First, what is the point in premium ships? In WOT the earn money and train you're crews. I don't see where they do either in this game. Why buy premium ships? It looks to me they make experience that you need to use real money to turn into free ep. If I'm wrong explain it to me. I don't mind spending money on a game I enjoy but, these Russians are some serious money grubbers.

The other thing is, there are way to many islands in these maps. I realize you need some islands to give DD's a chance. I like cruisers and I like to move around and use my speed. On some maps I can, but c'mon.

Well, hello there. Okay to the point, prenium ships allow to train commanders and when transferred to a ship of the same type in the same nation, there is no penalty. I think they might earn some more money in addition but mainly to train. Islands, force certain tactics to be done. Practically making chocke point and fronts to be fought. But then again, welocme to WoWS. Not WoW because that name has a copyright by another company.

Okay, but there is no bonus to commander exp on premiums, right?

 Well they do train commanders of the same nation like in WoT .  And also you have to convert xp into free xp as like WoT just that the ship xp does not go to the commander BUT it does get added into the commanders xp gain . After all this IS a different game with different economics as well (which is why only premium time is shared with WoT and WoWp) . There are a whole bunch of player levels you are going to have to unlock yet (15 is currently the highest level) to get all the benefits available .

I want to copyright the word "THE"..    seriously copyrighting acronyms and words is silly.     

Also, there is a lure to the history behind premium ships, since ships are more distinguished as an entity than a class.   For example, there's is and only ever will be one Mikasa class battleship.    Tanks on the other foot, were mass produced.
