How was your weekend spree?

Most of it doing programming homework or a knight/monk/cleric/sorcerer party in Might and Magic 7.

 

But did get in 6 or so games last night. Roon's fully upgraded now, found out that German secondaries aren't much help taking down broadside Montanas, saw Landing_Skipper in what looked like a pirated Blys (the depth charges were painted an ugly green), and was able to get some torp hits by aiming at max range from Tirpitz and Chappy.

 

Was able to make a big difference along with a Shimakaze in Tirpitz. Think the map was Atlantic. Anyway, most all the reds coming down W, I'm alone with an Ibuki vs. 3 BBs and 3 CAs and at least one stealth Shima, so fight a delaying action, my teammate DD gives me smoke, I notice our E lemming train could push enemy cap, share the plan, and go buy them time. It took the Montys a while to smash me since timed my charge for when their CAs were already among the center islands, but I pocketed some 100K damage and by strange fortune, their Shima was stupid enough to stay with the Montys, so my teammates were able to cap out the enemy cap.

Mostly did Kaga in Co-op, or Ryujo in Raptor.

 

Had a 10k xp game with Ryujo in Raptor, (modified xp,) the x2 weekend helped do that!

 

Played 10 games of Tanks; and was reminded once again why I hate that game; and why I only play on x3, and x5 weekends; the bonus xp is the only thing that makes getting farmed worth the grief.

i was a masochist this weekend I played ranked...and it shows

Saturday was kinda rough for some reason.  Not great damage, had a hard time getting satisfactory performances but still had like a 70% win rate.  Somehow ended up purple for the day.  Sunday was much better, moved up from bottom rank to rank 13 with 1 star to go to 12 on 68% win rate, although some heavy lifting was required at times.  In randoms I was putting out pretty solid individual performances and ended up with 86% WR for the day.  All in all it wasn't too awful of a weekend.

Finished the last 8 levels in Doom this weekend. For the next game to start on, I'm trying to decide between Dishonoured 2 and Assassin's Creed Unity...

Oh, and I played 3-4 ranked battles. Only lost one of them, and I was the only one to get a kill in that battle...

Stayed away from ranked, terrible losing streak in randoms, 10 games in a row at one point... games where you have the only two kills the team has, where you hear "you are the last hope" in impossible circumstances, where an afk cv dooms your game, where at the end - when your team has a numerical advantage ya still lose and the salty comments are going back and forth in chat, where you are trying to cap for you team, looks like you have fighter support and the CV pulls them back allowing the red cv to bomb and torp you to death...  one of those weekends...

Can't really tell. Between disconnects, lag, warping, ping spikes, and Server Overload messages, it was hard to get in a game. The ones I did get into, it was okay.
