when queued as rank what is the spread?

Is there a limit on current tier spread when you queue? So if you queue new at 23 what will be the lowest rank also in your queue and so on? or are they always equal, though I don't see how that could last

iirc, rank spread among players within Ranked Battles is always going to be within the Leagues set up, so players from ranks 23-16 will only see other players ranked 23-16 (I could be wrong though)

Ship tier spread is non-existent for Ranked because literally everyone is Tier 6

Pretty sure it's based on Leagues. Not sure of what ranks fall under which League though.
