I made a post about this yesterday. And they're not expensive, they're the average price for a Tier 6 and 8 premium warship. (Look at our own Premie store)

Yes, it's there in the foot-notes under each stat-screen.

They will be making their way to our server pretty soon. Mostly you'll see people putting their high IJN commanders in, and using either the 5"/54s or the Akizuki 100mm guns.

I really really hope that they sell the karekaze. But offer the hsf graf though a campaign like they did with original graf.. a limited time one off campaign like the last one

Man, I kind of hope NA sells both of them in a package together. I don't see why they wouldn't. Depending on these 'missions' that they keep hinting at, I may or may not buy the HSF Graf Spee(i.e. I'll buy Spee if it's the only way for me to get Wilhelmina as a captain).
