What are folks thoughts for a 10 pt captain build on a Cleveland that uses IFHE rather than CE (specifically regarding rank, not random)?

I think it depends on how good your team is. Since there are no Divs in ranked I'd rather take CE so I can protect myself and escape and reposition.
