Suggesting new signal Flag that adds 10 % range to main guns ..

I recently got Nurnberg  for Ranked session 7 ..her guns are good very and beats the cleve by far but her Armour is not ,Cit city ,and her AA is second best to Cleveland ..So i decided to get the Cleveland as every one suggest only to find its a ONE trick pony like the Saipan ,HINT HINT ,with her crappy range .Its like trying to get something of the top shelf but you just cant reach.

That's why you don't play Cleveland at max range like other cruisers.  She's the tankiest T6 cruiser with a trollish citadel, so learn to use cover and smash people at closer range.  Just know when to pick your spots.

 

Trying to hit anything at max range in a Cleveland is futile.

And how would you get this flag? And would another 1.5km range to the Cleveland really help with those arcs? 
Also, yes, it would extend the range of the Cleveland, but also any other ship. There are plenty of ships that don't need a range extension.

 

The Cleveland is borderline OP, and had to be nerfed so it wasn't OP (the shell velocity was nerfed). It's a T8 CL nerfed to T6, and any messing with it is liable to make it very strong. The firepower is incredible. I was in a scenario in mine the other day with two other clevelands. The firepower we put out was ridiculous, we just deleted everything in sight. And then the airstrike came in...RIP planes.

 

I'll wait for the US CL/CA line split and the Cleveland's move to T8 and its unnerfing. That will be glorious.

It will be a glorious day indeed.  I wasn't playing during Alpha and early Closed Beta testing when Cleveland was an absolute monster with unbridled fury.

 

Hope to see her back to full strength again one day.
