Did we lose our 50,000 xp cap on commander switching? Right before ranked season? When did this nerf to our buff happen? I must have missed this in the update notes. LOL, yes way less than 50,000. I don't have screen shots but will switch an IJN 19 pointer and see if it was just a glitch. See 125,000, where did our 50,000 cap go? I could swear I switched commanders a couple of weeks ago and it was still implemented, I could be wrong I suppose.

Though this was never clearly stated anywhere and I was quite bummed after seeing and going through the huge retrain costs when advancing my 16+ point commanders through my high tier ships. It is, I surmise that it exists up until a certain level of captain skills, EG, 15 points is the last one that is for only 50k. For a 19 pointer it certainly doesn't exist, but for lower skilled ones it does.

There really is a point when it becomes too expensive to retrain a captain using free xp or elite xp and is just better to pay the 250 doubloons IMHO. Decent PvP players may get do the 200k credit option with premium ships and just grind it in game as a decent second option. I tend to do it that way only in Co-op. Takes a while though.
