The jolly roger was given out on the test server for hitting rank 1 but thats on the test server. The rest of rewards are given out whenever they get around to it. Public Test Rewards are typically credited the first Friday or weekend after any update. You can expect to see an email after they're credited, or check the reward site. And I use the same email address for everything; have never changed it. Speaking of rewards not received: I got the signal flags for 0.6.7 part 2 but not for part 1. It clearly stated that you could receive additional rewards for participation in part 2. You just can't stack your points from one to the other to be eligible for those rewards.
