From what I've seen, and what Mouse's Preview said, you can use your normal captains on the HSF ships and the HSF captains on the ships of their respective nations. That does not necessarily mean they will be able to when they go live. I will publish full reviews when they do go live and say definitively then what they can and cannot do. TL:DR, (If you dont like animu ships) Harekaze has 2 camos/skins/models - One from the show then one more "lore friendly" to World of Warships. Both available from purchase. Graff Spee also has 2 camos/skins/models - One from the show and then the default "Graff Spee" both available from purchase. Both available from purchase. It's ok I don't have a phobia of anime. It would be a little weird to be part of ARP otherwise... You forgot to mention that only the HSF camouflage on both comes with an extra +100% FXP boost in addition to standard Premium Camouflage bonuses, while the regular Premium camouflage do not. Keep in mind the "historical" skin is a Type 10 camouflage (3% concealment, 4% disruption, 50% XP bonus) while the anime skin is the equivalent to a Type 11 (3% concealment, 4% disruption, 50% XP bonus, 100% free XP). I don't remember if they did get more dual-purpose mounts than historically though; the image looks like she had some extra DP mounts while still having the wing turrets.
