Kaga and cyclones

The Kaga needs to be banned from games where cyclones take place.  All of its balancing factors are thrown out the window, crap planes vs higher tier AA, because the planes aren't spotted until they are on top of the ship.  Even an AA spec Iowa gets owned because the Kaga planes don't show up from 2 km out, where they then proceed to drop full spreads of torps and delete the ship.  In other scenarios, it is fine, but when it is a match with a cyclone it is severely OP.

My experience with carriers is that anti-air guns damage aircraft even if the aircraft are not spotted.

 

It's entirely possible to lose planes to AA from a ship that you can't even see, because visibility also drops dramatically for aircraft in cyclone.

 

So this thread is pointless

AA-spec Iowas are not being "deleted" because cyclone "makes Kaga's planes invincible". They're, gasp, taking a little more damage because they don't have as long to ctrl-click the squadron.

 

Heaven forbid you're not rendered 100% untouchable by automated systems that require no input from the player.

If you can't deal with a Kaga in an Iowa during a cyclone, how did you deal with Hakuryu and Taiho? And if you know how to use Essex or Midway, how did you deal with them also?

Yea, I'm with this guy.. How is this different from any other carrier air craft during a cyclone?

 

and "Ban" a ship?  ships don't get banned in case you hadn't noticed... they're either in the game or they're not in the game.
