Higher WR in ranked or randoms?

Where do you fall? Curious as to what the best and or most players average (wr) in ranked play and in randoms. Division play should be excluded.

At 1500 battles I have a 59% win rate for randoms. Now that's with just under 1200 battles solo and the rest a mix of 2 or 3 person divisions.

In ranked I have just over 100 battles played and a 65% win rate. My highest rank is only 9 unfortunately. I just don't seem to have the patience to grind out the final ranks. What do your stats look like OP??

Depends on the ship, really. Some ships do well in random, but not quite as well in ranked. Others just can't compete vs higher tiers in random, but hold their own at the same tier.

My ranked is a smallish sample size, and my randoms are a huge sample size. Its easy to determine your solo play, just go to NA warships and click solo. For the folks that hit rank one, I'm curious as to the difference in WR in solo play.

I have a lowly 48% win rate in over 2000 random battles.  If you look at that number, I must suck right?

 

My ranked win rate is 67%.  I know how to play well, and when it really matters, I do.

 

Otherwise I'm out there trying to complete mission objectives and have fun.

totally agree, just curious as to results in general. My guess is that people do better in ranked as people are more serious. but maybe not...maybe randoms are favored by playing OP ships.

Random solo I'm base 57%, however I actually run 60%-63%.

 

Ranked I show 60% total over all seasons. Some of those individual seasons i was higher.

Ranked WR? Depends when you play.

If you leave it to late in the season and you're a decent player you'll have the ability the carry games far more often and thus have a better WR.

Carrying games in the R5 Bracket in the first week is very difficult due to the sheer amount of unicums during that time, games tend to go 50/50.

I've actually had one guy look up my WR during a battle and harass me.  I told him in chat "go look my Ranked WR and report back to the team."

 

Of course, that was his last chat that game.

I am about equal.  Teams gives a big advantage when done right... but as random i am seeing that normal battles and ranked run about equal.  That said I will advise players considering ranked that if you have over 50% WR you will do well.  If your WR is under 50% it will take you a long time to get to rank 5... and you may never progress beyond that.  50% is the cutoff line.  If you do over... you can rank out.  If you are under... you can rank our only with luck and a lot of battles.
