Avatar for new forum?

Trying to put my avatar back into my profile, it's a 7Kb pic, and I get a "-200 error" when I try to upload it. Any thoughts?

 

Also, is there a separate mobile and PC version, and how do I switch between them?

 

Also, how do I skip to the first unread post when returning to a topic?

If you're on mobile there is a setting in a menu to "Request desktop version", it is in the drop down menu if you are on chrome.

For me, this just happens when I click on the topic.
