Stupid Question; How to Earn Capt in Operations?

OK, had to move so missed out on some of this and searching brings back too many results.  Mainly people hating on operations for one reason or the other ;-)

 

Anyway, what is the method in which captains are rewarded for Operations?

Do the Missions, Finish them.

Get at least 4 stars and the captain will be in your reserve.

Operations has one primary and several secondary objectives. One star is awarded for successfully completing an objective and each star gives you a reward. Achieve four stars in a battle and you get a ten point Captain. The reward can only be earned once for each operation.

Yup 4 stars is all you need - current captain is an IJN fellow if I recall.  Very handy for climbing the IJN DD trees - or just kititng out for premium only captains.
