Two Clevelands would work well with Leander and CV and BB mix - the Cleveland's will be able to wreck their CV strike forces and kill their low tier Cruisers.  They will also be able to protect the Schorrs until it reaches the drop point and then protect the Liberty ships.  First battle got four stars which is not a bad start.  I really like getting a 10 point French captain.

the leander will be used to cover the liberty ships and that daredevil shchors,the CV will make sure those BBs arrive at the fight with not many hp left.
