No, you can't. There is no advantage to starting over anyway.

It's not an advantage as much as now I understand how moving up tiers work and etc. I had been away from the game for a year and not having lines starting at the beginning oddly gives me anxiety.

So grab you a tier one boat and start over?

Yea but their is no progression as I have all the stuff unlocked already. It's hard to explain,  but I tried jumping back into IJN DDs and they ar3 completely different now and it's just unnerving.

Maybe stay away for another year or two. Game should be dead by then and no worries about anxiety at all.

you cannot be gone from the game for a year and also not have unstarted ship lines.

I do actually have quite a few. I meant more for the lines that are in like tier 5 that I never really got good with. As I said, I'm not saying it necessarily makes sense. I just wish we could do a line restart or something with normal progression.

Why on earth would you want to create a new account if you've already spent money on your existing one???

I haven't but you actually just made me realize. People gifted me those things and I really shouldn't waste them. That would be spoiled. Guess I will at least wait till I run out of everything I'd I even did it.

There apparently is nothing wrong with having a second account.

You need a second Email Address, though.

But no..  Premium time, Credits, Free XP, Premium ships, and the lines you ground -- all stay at that old account.

It'll still be there.

..

And switching back and forth is easy:  Just disconnect and enter the other Email/Password.

...

But you start over from scratch..  Kind of fun, actually.

you can also have your account reset.  you will keep premium but lose all the tier ships and start over.

I def don't think it's something everyone wants. I compulsively starts games all the time.

Just by looking at your warships.today stat signature, you're actually doing really well for just over 500 battles total. What's even more impressive is your recent game play, which has improved by 6-7% in WR and just over 100 WTR.

Sure, it looks like you had a dip in performance about a month+ ago, but if you keep at it with your recent results, you'll pull those numbers up in no time.

I'd find a few ships that you know you do well in in mid tier(T5, T6, T7, and maybe T8) and just play those until you know them inside and out. Until you know their limitations and when and where you can exceed those limitations. If you're already beyond these tiers, dropping back down will actually do more good than you realize, and when you do move back up into the higher tier ships you have, you'll do much better than when you first got there.

Just keep at it, keep learning, and you'll keep improving. I see that you seem to want progression that you can witness(like advancing up a line) but if you have most of the lines you want to play researched, then I'd say it's time to dig into each individual ship's performance and evaluate where it's at. Then, make your 'progression' in the game about improving your play in those ships. Sure, that may sound like playing only for stats, but I don't think it is. If you enjoy playing this game, then why not try to play it well, and keep improving yourself as you continue to play, and keep learning? Don't sell yourself short and think you've hit your peak. Always strive to be better than you currently are.

Thank you for the kind words. Honestly being gone for a year really put a dent in my play for the last few months. I think all the, albeit subtle, changes is why I want to start over. I feel like I'm having to relearn a lot and iut would be more natural with proper progression. Luckily as of now,  something somewhat clicked over the weekend.

big deal, I was 41% by the time I reached 600 battles. So i was off to a bad start, but slowly turned that around. At your current stats, i see in no point of restarting with a new account, you can quickly get over 50% easily with that low battle counts. Just keep playing and by the time you reach 2k battles, you could be near 55% if you keep it up

Idk what I smoked this weekend but It was a heck of one. 7 matches, no losses and a 1400 WTR, 2000 WTR in my Farragut specifically today. In game choices have just been making sense. Some of it has to be luck too.
