I'd like to make some suggestions to WG about suggested premium battleships.

US Line
Nevada in her full 1943 configuration
West Virginia in her full 1944 configuration
Tennessee or California in their 1944 configuration

Washington in her 1942 configuration
South Dakota 1923 version with some modifications to it to allow for greater AA, possibly like was done to Kaiser, Konig and Bayren classes ... an estimated look on how they would have been in WWII

Japanese Line
Ise in 1942 before converstion
Musashi in 1942 configuration
Kii class 1923 modernized with some AA mods

German Line
Sachsen in her 1918 configuration

Markgraf in her 1918 configuration

British Line
Dreadnought
Vanguard in her 1946 configuration
Rodney in 1941 configuration
Duke of York or Prince of Whales
Erin
Agincourt
Valiant

Ramillies
Royal Soverign as a Russian Battleship in 1944 configuration

Italy Line
Roma
Francesco Caracciolo

the only way mushashi would be implemented is as a reward for something. or tiered down to t9 with 40cm guns vs the 46 cm guns (historically her guns were designate as 40cm, as a lie to hide her gun size)

hmm..i wonder if they could implement a premium refit system for t10, where we get additional premium configuation for the ship, but we must first own teh vanilla system. may be a good way to allow premium perks and additional differences to t10 ships.

He might mean the proposed 1920 So Dak, cancelled due to the Washington Treaty.

I think OK would be cool at Tier V or so.  Tennessee at Tier VI

And there are just tons of British Dreadnoughts you could fit into low tier.

I heard Musashi will be a reward ship - but I guess it would be a LONG mission.

Something else to consider, is that given the leaked name for the Tier 9 BB (Lion), there won't be a Lion Battlecruiser  when they get around to releasing them (be it as a branch of BB's, a separate tree, or as individual premiums). So anyone that wants to see Battlecruiser Lion in the game better get agitating to change the Tier 9 name now, before it's too late.

This.

It was a very interesting proposal. 4x3 16"/50 (like the Montana), 23 knot ship with a standard displacement of about 42,000 metric tons (comparable to the Bismarck in displacement, not terribly unusual but clearly over the Washington Naval Treaty limit), About the same overall length and width as the later class of the same name, but it was slower with an additional turret, a 16x1 6" +4 x1 3" DP secondary battery (12 of the 6" guns in casemates - that would make the secondary battery a bit like the Bayern's, really), and armor protection pretty similar to the Colorado class.

Probably would slot into Tier 8, but it would be interesting. As others have mentioned, the AA would be pretty lackluster unless you added more AA guns or re-worked the secondary battery, and it would also be the slowest T8 battleship, but it would have one heck of a main battery.

I would really love to see the Lexington. No, really I want the Lex, in her original Battlecruiser configuration at their 7. (maybe six) Since she was started after 1918 she was of the same generation as the Hood.

And as a side note I would also like to see a "Doomed fleet" special. so a combo of the WW1 Scharnhorst & Geniseu with ADM Spee as a commander.

A Prince of Wales & Repulse combo. (with a permanent flag that gives AA bonus, lol)

The British Battlecruisers lost at Jutlant with a permanent detonation flag. What about a Adm Betty captain that says " there seems to be something wrong with our bloody ships today" every time one of your teammates gets detonated.

AND really wargamming, why is there not a Paint job for Prinz Eugen that has 2 mushroom clouds painted on the bow, and flying a Bikini Atoll flag?

Anyway there is a few ideas, but really I do want a BC Lexington or Saratoga.

Perhaps the Goeben\Yavuz Sultan Selim at tier 4?

Could be the one Ottoman\Turkish ship in game like the Blyskia is for Poland.

I want to see pre-dreadnoughts, early dreadnoughts and battlecruisers added to round out the bottom end of many BB lines; specifically:

HMS Dreadnought

SMS Viribus Unitis

SMS Goeben

USS Texas and Oregon

Marine Nationale Danton

Borodino

[See my thread in this section on pre-dreadnoughts for pictures and historical notes for all of the above]

In the German line, add the Derfflinger-class.

Yes please! They are my favorite ships from WWI, tied with Dresden & Emden (the first ones). Was kinda disappointed we didn't get them in the line.

British would look something like

T3: Invincable/Indeflagable

T4: Lion

T5: Tiger

T6: Reknown

T7: Merge with British BB line.

I considered the admiral class at T7 and the merge at T8 but the British BB line changes in play style at T7 so it seems this would be a good time to have the two lines merge.

There's also the g3, which would probably fit in tier 8.

Would also love to see the incomparable, but seeing as that ship has 50.8cm guns, that's unlikely.

SMS Derfflinger. Unless we are getting a battlecruiser line in the future.  If so then give us SMS Seydlitz as a T4 premium with Derfflinger as the T4 tech tree ship.

I believe that Minas Gerais would be a nice addition into the game. The ship carried a lot of history and importance as it started the South-American Dreadnought race in early 20th Certury.

Well, good news. Kii is coming sometime down the road, according to SEA, who get the news first. Apparently she's getting a hypothetical AA fit, with an Akizuki strapped to each side.

Dreadnought tier 2 and Tennessee tier 6. Dreadnought was the first completed. Tennessee based on the size of the guns.

Dreadnought will be a T3. People keep saying that since Dreadnought will be worse than Bellerophon that it should be T2, but being worse than a potentially OP tech tree ship does not mean it will be bad at T3. At T2 with 10 12 inch guns she would be the Nikolai or Belfast of the tier. Mikasa is T2 and Dreadnought is the ship that made Mikasa and all ships like her obsolete.
