USN BB's citadell change .. has anything changed?

Well all those who whinged about the citadels on USN BB's you got your wish...Now please instead of camping you can push like every other BB line... but still camping? nothing has changed? why bother playing them ?

It's not going to make it so that USN BBs just turn into Germans. It's just going to mean that if someone sees an Iowa 47km away, and they decide to throw a single .50 BMG shot at her, it won't cause 3 citadels and deal 40,000 damage.
