I'm also considering dropping AFT for CE, since the AA range extension in slot 2 puts her AA at the max plane detection range and there's too few CVs to warrant full AA builds. The base range is fine. I'd have taken CE first as well. 10.1km concealment is handy for getting in close to deal more damage. I also went with Manual AA instead of AFT for this captain. I have 7.2km AA without it...which seems fine for now. I'll probably swap it out once I get Minotaur. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Of the Tier VIII+ RN CLs, Neptune is an anomaly with the worst concealment range between the 3. You don't have the luxury of being in smoke all the time and it can get really scary if there's a DD outspotting you and you have terrible concealment in that thing, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
