Probably cost an arm and a leg though.

.22 hornet, 2x 8mm Mauser and 20 gauge. For when you're going out hunting but you don't know for what - all you know is that you need to look dapper AF doing it.

Wonder what the trigger mechanism looks like. Couldn't imagine there being 4 separate triggers ... Central trigger with a caliber / barrel selector?

Knowing my luck the first thing to cross my view will be something like an elephant where those 8mm bullets just 'bounce' off

Two triggers with the barrel selector up top.  Looks like this is the one:

Just give me a Taurus Judge or a S&W Governor.

5 shot compact revolver that interchanges between 45 Colt and 410 Shotgun Shells.

Lets see, 3x 45 Colt hollowpoints, one 410 slug and 2x 410 Winchester PDX Defenders.

For when you want to target practice, hunt squirrel and deer all in one shot.

Good lord that's some sexy engraving! :happy_fish:

Combination pieces have fascinated me, but I've rarely seen one with more than two different calibers.

Nice choice.  My old boss had the carbine version (Circuit Judge), and it was a lot of fun at the range.

If Taurus ever gets around to making the often requested Raging Circuit Judge (with a beefed up frame to handle 454 Casull plus the aforementioned 45 and 410), I'll definitely snatch one up.

That's a Vierling gun or Combination gun

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combination_gun

Their origins are rooted in a time period in Europe where you could only own 1 gun, so makers built Combinations to ensure you always had a barrel for whatever you needed it for. Today they're custom order, and not cheap, or vintage and auction, and not cheap.

here's one with 5 barrels

Here's a quad barrel shotgun, because there's no kill like overkill:trollface:

Here's one at auction http://www.rockislandauction.com/detail/56/1711/german-vierling#detail

Only $13.800. NBD that's couch money right thar.

Looks German.  I'll bet it has different muzzle velocities for AP and HE.

I have the Snub-nosed Junge, and use those very rounds in it!

An effete 'hunting gun' popular in Europe. I am sure Hermann Göring had a rack of them.

I'll take a similar concept gun with some real history to it.

The LeMat revolver was a .42 or .36 caliber black powder revolver 20 gauge smooth-bore barrel capable of firing buckshot invented by Jean Alexandre LeMat. Was used by the CSA during the Civil war and Jeb Stuart had his own.

...Can you let all four barrels off at once?

Sounds like it's a dual trigger mechanism with a barrel selector, based on other posts, so it would be impossible to fire off all barrels at once.

It looks pretty, but is it practical?

I can see that being in a game or zombie movie, but outside of that...
