Update acting weird

The update has stopped downloading 3 times so far, not sure why. Internet connection is strong so...

Mine is chugging along at around 350 - 400 kbs. Not the 1.9 mbs I usually get.

I've down-loaded my in N.A within 15 minutes  no problem here ?

I am sitting at 220 give or take kilobytes per second which is about 1.7 megabits per second on a 12 megabit DSL line. I paused the download and ran a speed test and while my speed is down slightly from the norm it is no where near that far down.

I'm doing a fresh install now, after figuring out how much security I needed to disable to allow the process.  My NA download is fluctuating between 5 and 18 MB/s.

Finally got mine downloaded and installed. Part of the problem was issues with Charter right now over much of their area. As far as the updated sounds I'm not seeing an option for that in game unless that was supposed to be a separate download?
