USS Enterprise in hands of CC's/Supertesters

I am very excited for this!  The best part is that CC's will now be able to make videos and reviews of her!

 

Attention CC's/Supertesters: Please make LOTS of Videos/Forum Posts on her. Please also be very constructive/objective with your feedback to WG.  Please make this a good release for us, so many players are looking forward to this ship.  Thanks ahead of time to our CC's and Supertesters for their work!

 

I will be checking forums and youtube once every few seconds from now on lol.  Mouse, Lert, Notser, Flamu, iChase, Zoup, Aerroon and Fem.  All eyes are on you

To be honest I'm not fan of CCs reviewing CV because lot of them aren't CV players. The only person that I could trust on CV review from CC would be Aerron

CCs can, but supertesters are not allowed to even comment on the ships, let alone post videos.

Same here. I'm hesitant to pick up the Kaga, because its fighters will lose every engagement against every CV. If Enterprise is the same way, then it will have that problem plus more AA. So maybe if AA gets an overhaul I'd reconsider.

I have an Essex and anytime I have/want to spend the free exp a Shokaku (tho I would have to say 'bye' to my Hiryu).

Not interested in any Premium  'Lollipops for Suckers' Ships.

Also CC's can only post reviews when told they are allowed to. So even if they are testing they may not be able to post anything about it until given the greenlight.

She's getting 96 planes and a brand new drop setup on her TBs, according to the most recent 6.6 updates.

i don't really watch any video until the ship is at the end of the testing and close to live server launch,some CCs are notorious of using training room to make ridiculous situations to prove that X gimmick can be OP.

 

example: that dude that reviewed hood AA in the training room taking down tons of planes,the ship went live server and you hardly see that.

You sure about that? I'm a mediocre CV driver at best and I manage to do decently well, even against Saipan. It's just a matter of smart use of those fighters. 

 

Kaga with T6 planes works because you'll be top tier most of the time. Enterprise with T7 planes will be dogscat because T8 gets uptiered 7-8/10 games. T7 planes vs Minotaur and Des Moines will be beyond stupid.  Hoping WG decides to give her proper T8 planes.

I think my biggest concern with the Enterprise vs the Kaga is the crazy in crease in AA power from Tiers 8 to 9 and 10. It's a massive jump, and that doesn't bode well at all for the Enterprise.

If you're considerably better than the other CV, then you'll be fine. But ya, I'm sure. Kaga's fighters are the slowest, least healthy, least damage dealing fighters. Enemy CV basically has to let you strafe their fighters to lose the engagement.

Unless they do something really screwy with her planes, she'll only see Shokaku, who's plane's she'll wreck because USN fighters are hilariously more powerful for some insane reason, and Lex, which might give her trouble, if we assume no one uses strafe, and you don't just get the DFE skill which helps against higher tier planes. Also, unless they go again, stupid with choices, she'll likely have more planes, she could carry 90+, to go ahead and take some losses. Bigger issue is yeah, AA, but even if you have a tier 8 regular your screwed if you see tier 9 or 10 and at this point, it makes little difference. At least USN planes have that little extra durability IJN's lack.

 

And at least they are consistent with historical aircraft so far since she operated the F6F's, Avengers and SBD's, not the tier 8 planes (beyond I think a literal handful of Corsairs).

I'm not sure she is officially a CC but I've seen her CV game and she's clearly an exceptional skilled IJN CV specialist.
