I realise that it is on a different server, which is why I used the reference "SEA" (South East Asia).

My reason for posting was to give a heads-up that, with this re-issue, it may appear on the NA server once again.

I'm not really sure why Blys being back in our Premium Shop is such a big deal since she's been available in the Tech Tree for ages now (cheaper too) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Again, what...? Her firepower is pretty poor, as is her fire chance. She may have a lot of guns, but the shells are puny and most shatter on impact, which negates her already poor fire chance, because shells that shatter cannot start fires. Nor is she particularly good at fighting enemy DDs.

Again what? Read my post - as a DD class I don't believe anything I said is untrue, she is a good DD hunter and can harass larger ships with one of the best fire chances in DDs at her Tier.

 

Personally I would now probably look at a Russian DD as oppose to her at that Tier but it doesn't stop her being a good DD.

You've played 9 battles in Blys. She has some of the best fire settings potential of any DD in the game, fairly decent torps, good stealth, with aft you have 14.4km range. You don't need stealth fire when you can spam HE from 10km+. Why? Bc you go 39 knots without speed flags and you have at least 7 seconds to respond to the incoming shells. You say this ship was destroyed but not a single destroyer was hurt by the removal of stealth fire. Idiots just refuse to adapt with the changes in the meta.

According to WT, over the past two weeks, Blys is second in win rate, third in damage, and third in k/d.  Not OP anymore, but not crap by any means.

Yes they can actually. Very common misconception here. Just watched one of Flamu's YouTube vids the other night and a shattered shell started a fire and he talked about it.

Any shell hits have the same chance to start a fire shattered or not according to Sub_octavian. I believe Lert also tested this and confirmed it iirc.
