There needs to be a Political Commissar consumable

The ability to use one time a month, for only one used in a match (first come,first served), and excused from ever going pink if enacted during a match in sinking a friendly (used loosely) cowardly team mate. 

I am so tired tired of seeing full health BBs run away from <half HP cruisers and not even shooting back at the enemy. What are you being scared for?  Kick their butt!  What the hell, your a BB!

I say this in jest because I just remember why I have gotten team mates like these in matches. It's summer and school is out.  Ah the kids at play. Joy!
