And lines are just about always announced when a patch drops now, or the day after. So if your guess is correct, then I'm guessing that an announcement will come either with the 0.6.5 drop or the day after. Or 0.6.6 at the latest. Which would make sense with both these buffs and the Hood about to drop. Makes sense for them to drop a premium right before a line comes out, in order for them to cash in on people purchasing said premium to prep for the line.
