Did they recently change it so you have to log in to view a replay?

You do not have to login to view a replay.

You can click the login button if it appears, but if you let it sit there usually it loads you into the replay. It's mainly a product of the replay system still not being supported by the game.

Odd, I never had the login screen pop up prior to the most recent update.

It's been around for several patches now. It isn't really logging you in.

 

It probably has something to do with the fact that replay files basically launch the game as you can't have two instances of the same WoWS program going.
