The game is not available, and is still in development.  Closed testing begins 2013 and all of here are anxiously awaiting that step.  Be sure to read the Rules and Guidelines and use the search feature before posting, as many of your answers will be discovered this way.

I'd have to say probably between the end of alpha testing and when beta testing begins. but thats just a guess.

Thank you! But I am simply talking about the website! Itched will that be up!? For world of warplanes the portal came out before alpha even did!

Click the Portal button up the top of the page, it already works.

yes i believe that's true but you just have to wait check the rules and the forums. (and maybe meet some friends before the war gets started)
