Manual control for Secondaries needs to only effect T4 and down

That makes no sense at all - secondaries in T4 are very weak anyway so that would make the manual control of secondaries useless.  True, a T5 can get up tiered to a T7 battle, but event then the captain skill isn't really effective until T8+ (thinking of Bismark secondaries).

The heck? Manual secondaries does have a tier restriction. It has a 15% bonus up to T6, then T7+ is 60% bonus (if I remember correctly). So maybe do your homework before posting a thread composed of one horribly structured sentence.

 

-edit- Ah, I get it. You want the full 60% bonus at T5+, because T5 can be uptiered more. Nah. That's stupid. L2P. T4s can still face T5s. Being uptiered more is not a basis for getting a buff.

I guess effective is a relative term - I don't have Sharn, but do have Gneisenau - manual control works well there  - but my range on secondaries is like 6km - Bismark is much farther!  I try and stay farther away than 6km!  But, yes, if something does get that close they are in for a bad day.

You can get their secondary range up to 7.6km, which is pretty good at tier 7.

I wouldn't mind manual secondaries being removed entirely. High tier BBs need a nerf, especially with how outrageously good Bismarck, FDG, GK, and Yamato are with Manual.

Because.   They still have downvotes on the NA web page comments section and they still have downvotes on the Russian Forum..  the problem in NA is that a very few but VERY vocal people (generally those getting downvotes) screamed at WG for wanting free speech without consequences and WG buckled to that sad group.

 

I think the WG forum is probably the ONLY one I use that has removed downvotes..
