It gets you down to a 4-5second repair time for your rudder. My Saint-Louis loses her rudder just about every time she takes even 1 shell aft of her stack, so I have them all on her and it works wonders. She loses her rudder about 6 times a match, so having the repair time down to 4-5seconds helps a lot.
