Add an option to create a file with all graphics/control settings so we don't have to take the time figuring everything out again

I have found it pretty annoying that if you have certain settings that you like and you reinstall the client or something that you have to reset them. I usually have my settings set up a certain way and would like to save them all to a file if I use a test client or reinstall the game.
