PT Bismark campaign - should start at 10:30 but still disabled?

Public Test Bismark campaign - should start at 10:30 on May 2nd.

Well it is 11 am pacific and campaign is still disabled.

Anyone else has same problem?

Time shown was off by 1 hour. Campaign started at 11:30 (for me anyway)

Since when did it say 10:30? It says 13:30, which means 13:30 West Coast time. So it'll start at 1:30 on the West Coast. So you still have a few hours.

Could even be RU time, which is where the server is.

You do realize that Russia is ahead in time, which means that 10:30 (presumably St. Petersburg/Moscow time) would have been long passed by 11 pacific time.
