4 Cowcat137 Members 27 posts 425 battles Report post #1 Posted May 1, 2017 I saw at Armored Patrol that a zombie skin for the Hood is going to be given away. The Hood is a war grave for over a thousand men, I think that the Zombie skin is a bad idea.

And Indianapolis, the worst naval disaster in the USN, was sold. And Yamato, which sunk with most of her crew. And Bismarck, who sunk with most of her crew as well. I could go on. And the Zombie Tiger skin? Or are 5 deaths per Tiger too few to worry about? Edited May 1, 2017 by Carrier_Lexington

If anything, their memory doesn't fade when we play these ships. I don't think anyone here means any disrespect.

Most of these ships had fatalities aboard, many sunk with major loss of life.

Most of these ships had fatalities aboard, many sunk with major loss of life. Ironically enough, The 'Lucky A' Alabama never had a fatality... And this is the ship that caused the most outrage in recent WOWS history. ... What's that old saying... "A [edited - complaining] sailor is a happy sailor." As long as we leave politics and religion out of the matter... there is no problem... ..wait.. Zombie is a supernatural Voodoo curse... is that religious?? hmmmmm... There may be some legal basis. Battle damaged? Shoot, maybe I should get shot at for some battle damage paint removal. Or better yet, show how scraped up the bow of a Tirpitz is against a Yamato. There'd be some serious scratches right there. Maybe instead of buying flakey paint jobs we should be getting them during battle.

There may be some legal basis. Remember Michael Jackson's disclaimer at the beginning of his video 'The Thriller'. Not anymore. It's true, the "Zombie" has its roots in Hoodoo, but these roots have since culturally shifted to the idea that Zombieism is caused by a virus or pathogen. Then how does Hood even float or have guns on her? She did not go down as she intact as Bismarck did, especially snce Bismarck never suffered ammo magazine explosions...
