Shut up and take my money: Will we see the Haida for Canada Day?

Since destroyer chat is pretty toxic, going to discuss this here.  A surviving tribal class museum ship, well decorated, and it is Canada's 150th Anniversary this year.  Two months til Canada Day.  Is one premium higher tier I would actually buy.

 

I could ramble about it, but it has been talked elsewhere, but share the love of this beautiful and strong lady.

Considering nothing has even been leaked of her yet, nor announced or data mined, I seriously doubt it. She would have to be added in and announced within a week or two at the latest for them to even have time to get her ready, tested, and out by then. And that's assuming they have no problems with her in testing and gets released as is. Basically is no time to get her out by then.

 

Though, another game just added the Tribals in as they first DDs and are about to start testing.

If they picked one of the Clemson Town-class ships, made a premium Clemson Canadian ship (maybe lower the detection slightly and give it cool camo), I would buy one in a second. Especially if they made the captain swappable with RN ships.

That would be mandatory.  Canada and Britain still have strong ties.  During WW1 and WW2, Canada and Britain worked as one unit for the most part.  Even technical, swapping tribal classes isnt really a big difference despite the custom options Canada requested.

While not a Canuck, I think this is a very good idea.  Would like to see this happen as this should be a very playable ship.  +1 OP.

I highly doubt it, the Tribal's are a gun focused oddity in an otherwise balanced tech tree.

We don't know for sure, Kidd came out of nowhere if I recall correctly. We still have two months, plenty of time to add a ship, especially if it's currently being internally tested or something along those lines. LittleWhiteMouse has hinted at Haida coming soon and a reddit QnA a few months ago stated that Haida was quickly surpassing Enterprise by pure requests alone.

 

That whole thing annoys me, especially when Commonwealth crew in WWII were swapped around more than you would think.
