But seriously if they put it in with 2x6 torp bombers it will be P2W. WG needs to stop with these superior premiums. Missouri, buffed Tirpitz, Belfast... this is becoming a bit of an issue.

Missouri is still an American BB with paper armor, Tirpitz is incredibly vulnerable from the air, and Belfast has lost a fair amount of potential after the recent BB buff.

I'm sorry, do you honestly believe the tirptiz is a straight upgrade to the bismark? I'm pretty sure there's valid tradeoffs for the two. Tirpitz has destroyable torps, bismark has much stronger defenses in AA and hydro.

Meh. I pay for money to get something decent. They need to make the premium ships sellable and marketable, as it costs money and resources making them anyway.

Not P2W, stop whining. Missouri has radar, yes, but it doesn't get a plane and to use the radar it has to be danger close to the smoke. Tirpitz trades stronger AA and hydro for torps, which are easily destroyed. Belfast is really only OP in Ranked.

Indeed. What this guy said. Missouri gets radar, but has no plane option. Tirpitz gives up some AA, and hydro. Now, Belfast is pretty P2W, specially in ranked. But even the Belfast has a weakness: Lack of torps and defensive AA. With the exception of a couple of ships (Gremmy, Nokolai and perhaps the Belfast), this whole crusade about premium ships not being able to be competitive is bogus at best.

 

I too hate blatant P2W (As in, to actually win games), but I don't think we've gotten to that point in WoWs yet. And hopefully it stays as it currently is, without going to the other side.

Borderline OP if a player knows how to play CV and you are top tier. T9 BB and cruiser will kill your planes fast because you get the slower tier 6 planes. A cruiser and my Missouri killed a complete alpha strike. 

The Missouri radar is inly usefull if you suspect the DD is near or hiding. It will not help you with torpedos like a spotter plane. The Belfast has no torpedos so you can easy charge into the smoke if you are sure she is the only ship inside. Plus too many Belfast playern sit still and eat the wall of skillz from DD's.

I noticed in Kaga's wiki entry that it lists her units as 4 planes per and not the 6 planes per TB unit as shown in preview vids.  This an error or is that how it is as of now?

200mm secondaries that fire AP. They aren't very good. And the torpedo bombers are tier 6, so anything with decent AA at tier 7 or higher will just melt them, especially with DF.

The 200mm guns are the same things as the stock guns on Furutaka.
