What Consumable Upgrade is the most useful for Tiers VI and VII?

I just got enough coins(yeah, I know, I kinda suck) for one Consumable Upgrade. My question is, which is the most useful for Tier VI and VII, and why?

 

Which one do you think I should get?

Damage Control Party II is always going to be the first choice, at any tier.

 

On a different note, how do you only now have enough credits for a "II" consumable? I'm assuming that you haven't realized consumables can be purchased for credits, and that you mean doubloons when you say "coins," not credits?

You clearly don't get it. I'm talking about the module upgrades you can purchase in the Clash of the Elements Gift Shop.

Speaking generally the most commonly accepted useful module is the speed boost one, the module that increases uptime on the speed boost consumable that is available only to DDs and French cruisers (of the qualifying tier).

Alternatively if you have the Perth, the smoke module (the one that increases emission duration but decreases cloud linger duration) is a good buy.

If you play french cruisers or any DDs, definitely get the speed boost module.....
