Of the two premium carriers (one in game, one soon to be in game,) which would be a better value for money and why?

Kaga may get the 12 Torpedo Bombers, but they're all T6 and it will be seeing up to T9.

 

Whereas Saipan has that brutal immunity to strafe-escapes, and the powerful Skyraider Torpedoes.

Do you want to have tier 6 planes at tier 7 which will see tier 9, but torps are so fast that they're lightning, not to add that the bomb circle for manual drop is ultra tight? Or do you want USA-bias and go tier 7 with tier 9 planes that stay up forever, and bomb the shite out of people?

Saipan. The tier 9 fighters will crush anything tier 7 and 8 can throw at it. and assuming you're a good CV player, you'll always dominate the skies with your corsares!
