HIV's armor belt was increased to 30mm so its armor is comparable to the Zao and Hindenburg now. IIRC the speed boost was also buffed as well, so it can reach 40 knots when sailing in a straight line. Coupled with IFHE, a 12.3 second reload, and a speed boost to get into flanking positions, the HIV is essentially a very fat Zao with atrocious AA.

Sounds like an infectious belt.

It can reach 44 knots in a straight line with speed boost and speed flag.

Even better, not only was the speed boost increased, but her base speed was also buffed.  This boat needs hydrofoils...

What's the new base speed?

Last I saw it was still 35 knots
