One of the hardest achievement finally reached

I was finally able to get one of the hardest achievement to get in the game.

 

 Clear sky on a double CV game

Interestingly enough, I got Clear Sky in my Saipan as well. Saipan is love then, I guess.

What's really sad about this is that the fact only 6 ships on the enemy team had planes of any sort (only 4 besides the CVs) was a contributing factor in making this possible.  There's only 15 additional planes besides the carrier-based ones; in your typical mid-tier match of 5-6 BBs per team, you'd be looking at just the battleships sharing that many planes and then some (up to twice as many) between them.

 

Also, how is it that the faildivving Isokaze (who presumably also went AFK based on the 0 XP) is the only survivor of that team?

​The main point is getting clear sky with 2 cv on each team. It is much harder since you have to kill almost twice the planes. Nice game tho.

And then there is me thinking my 30 plane clear skies are the siht. Good thing my flirt with CVs was short.

Saipan farms clear skies like no other ship. I've gotten that award 62 times, and I bet more than half came from my Saipan alone.

I have Only One Clear Sky medal, got it with my Scharnhorst. 

Not sure who was more surprised the Scharnhorst or the two T6 CVs who lost all those planes.

I have two. Both were gotten before the change to the current excessively high requirements, the last in my Langley. For how hard it is to get it should be move to the Heroic category and a darn good reward added.

Is it not possible to get this achievement in any other way? Like a fighter set up in a Bogue? I got it once or twice a long time ago but can't seem to be able do it again.
