Does it matter if the Elite XP comes from a IJN Captain and goes to Captain of different nation? Or if Elite XP is from a BB can it be used to train a DD, CV, or CA Captain? Thinking about pushing one of my higher Captains up to being Elite and would be nice to know if he can generate Captain XP for Captains on some harder lines that desperately need leaving up, but retraining Captains all the time can get annoying and they will be hard pressed to level up on their own without assistance and access to some life saving Captain Skills. It's like free xp except it's used for captains. So all your captains use the same xp pool no mater what nation your elite captain is from they all contribute to the same xp pool. For example the Prinz Eugen with her standard camo generates twice of the XP. She has a ship multiplier of 50% and then it has another 50% on the camo.
