Why is WG always encouraging Potato-ing

High tier soviet destroyer, easily able to pew pew at long range

Rushes a very likely secondary build Bismarck and dropped torps too close

 

Bismarck with excellent secondaries

Didn't score a single hit on the destroyer likely because took Manuel control but never clicked the target

 

Soviet destroyer with excellent AP easy to score big damage by shooting the upper hull of Bismarck

Clean hull and superstructure on Bismarck, either didn't shoot or shot HE at the hull...

 

How many more ways can WG advertise potato-ing?

I don't know why, but I found that picture quite funny. That being said, I think we've all had a moment when we launched our torps without enough time for them to arm.

That would make perfect sense. The secondaries aren't firing 'cuz its a friendly. The DD is firing TT because he knows the target is too close to arm.
