Is there a way to fix these broken text labels?

When I remapped some of my consumables to my mouse buttons this happened. Is there a config file or something I can edit to fix it? It looks ugly, and the overlapping makes it hard to read in the heat of the moment.

... and while they are fixing this... they can also standardize the use of keys for all ships when it comes to radar, hydro, planes, etc... please. 

 

What labels would you want? MB1, MB2, MB3, MB4 ?

yeah, something like that.

 

and +1 to standardized slots, searching for repair party on my cruisers sucks.
