massive FPS drop when I play CV

Hey everyone:

  When i play BB CA DD, i have a stable 60FPS with high video quality. But when I play CV, the FPS jumps from 60 to 3.Really, i mean 3 FPS. when I switch planes by click # button, the FPS is around 3-5, I was like watching a powerpoint and i couldnt even play. I changed the video setting to medium or low. It didnt help. I have a GTX1050TI and I7 4790 with newest drivers.I think that is good enough for WOWS.
