I didn't buy it but was able to preview it in port. I already had the Santa's Convoy Campaign which rewarded a perma-camo for her. The Convoy camo is better than the doubloons one. Both give the typical -3% detection bonus, -4% dispersion penalty to attackers. Both also grant a bonus to XP earned but the Doubloons one is +30%, the Santa's Convoy is +50%. Hmm, Wikipedia lists it as "dazzle camouflage" but the camo is so minimalist, I can't tell how she would confused an enemy sighting her.
